A personal Talent changes one Operator’s timing; it does not choose the whole squad or prescribe a fixed build. Select the Operator whose Talent you are trying to trigger, then use the owned tier and the visible battlefield state. Open the Operator roster for the complete record behind each fixed squad member.

Read the owned tier
The seven panels contain all 34 current personal Talent tiers. Read the description shown for the tier the Operator owns. A later tier does not apply early, and a repeated description is not proof of an unlisted value.
If the live Talent description has changed from this page, use the live wording and stop before committing the turn. The page is scoped to the current build shown above.
Separate the Talent from Focus
The personal Talent and Focus path are separate records. The Starting path field in each panel identifies the current Operator record; it does not answer which other paths that Operator may use. Do not infer a Talent swap or persistence through a path change from this page.
Use the Focus spending guide for eligibility, reachability, refunds, and rebuild order. Use the selected Talent panel only for the personal trigger and its recovery.
Verify the trigger
Before acting, check the owned tier, available resource or AP, target and owner state, range or sight, per-turn or per-Mission limit, and intended follow-up. The Talent is working when the completion signal in the selected panel occurs. If one gate fails, use that panel’s recovery instead of changing several unrelated ranks or items at once.
Continue with the owning system
The selected panel ends at the next system that owns the unresolved problem: Focus reachability, Action Points, sight, displacement, or Injury recovery. Follow that link, fix one blocker, and replay the same trigger. Operator profiles, filters, and roster-wide browsing remain outside this mechanism page.
